- "Experience" refers to any hiking, trekking, or outdoor activity offered by Breeze Hike
- "Participant" means any person booking or taking part in an Experience
- "Booking" means a confirmed reservation for an Experience

3. Booking and Confirmation
3.1 Booking Process
When you submit a booking request through our website:
- Your request is not confirmed until we send you written confirmation
- We assess trail conditions and availability before confirming
- Confirmation is typically sent within 24 hours of request
- A contract is formed only upon our written confirmation
3.2 Booking Requirements
To make a booking, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent)
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract

3.3 Group Bookings
If booking for a group:

4. Pricing and Payment

4.2 Payment Terms
- Full payment is required to confirm your booking
- Payment methods accepted will be specified in your confirmation email
- Payment must be received within 7 days of booking confirmation
- Bookings are not secured until payment is received
4.3 What's Included
All prices include:

- Low-impact equipment provision
- Carbon offset (120% of calculated emissions)
- Conservation contribution

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Cancellation by Participant
- More than 14 days before: Full refund minus 10% administration fee
- 7-14 days before: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before: No refund
- No-show: No refund
5.2 Cancellation by Breeze Hike
We may cancel an Experience due to:
- Unsafe weather conditions
- Trail health concerns
- Insufficient bookings
- Circumstances beyond our control
If we cancel, you will receive:
- Full refund of all payments, or
- Option to reschedule to an alternative date
5.3 Rescheduling
- Requests to reschedule must be made at least 7 days in advance
- Subject to availability
- No fee for first reschedule; subsequent changes subject to £25 fee
6. Participant Responsibilities
6.1 Health and Fitness
You must:
- Ensure you meet the fitness requirements for your chosen Experience
- Disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation
- Inform us of any medications you're taking
- Not participate if you're unwell or injured
6.2 Preparation
You agree to:
- Read and follow all pre-hike preparation materials
- Arrive on time at the designated meeting point
- Bring required personal items as specified
- Wear appropriate clothing and footwear
6.3 Conduct
During the Experience, you must:
- Follow all guide instructions
- Respect other participants and the environment
- Adhere to our sustainability principles
- Not engage in reckless or dangerous behavior
6.4 Right to Refuse or Remove
We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove you from an Experience if:
- You appear unfit or intoxicated
- You behave dangerously or disruptively
- You fail to follow guide instructions
- Your participation poses risk to yourself or others
No refund will be provided in such cases.
7. Liability and Assumption of Risk
7.1 Inherent Risks
You acknowledge that outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Unpredictable weather conditions
- Uneven terrain and natural hazards
- Physical exertion and fatigue
- Wildlife encounters
- Remote locations with limited medical access
7.2 Assumption of Risk
By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the Experience, whether foreseeable or not.
7.3 Our Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any other liability that cannot be excluded by UK law
7.4 Limitation of Liability
Subject to clause 7.3, our total liability to you for any loss arising from your booking or participation shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Experience.
We are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of enjoyment
- Travel or accommodation costs if an Experience is cancelled
- Personal property loss or damage (you should have appropriate insurance)
8. Insurance
We strongly recommend that all participants have:
- Personal accident and medical insurance
- Travel insurance (if traveling from outside the local area)
- Cancellation insurance
Participation is at your own risk and we are not responsible for any losses not covered by your insurance.
9. Photography and Content
9.1 Our Use of Images
By participating, you consent to:
- Photographs or videos being taken during the Experience
- Use of your image for promotional purposes (unless you opt out in writing)
9.2 Participant Content
If you share photos or reviews of your Experience:
- You grant us a license to use this content for promotional purposes
- You confirm you own the content and have necessary rights
- You will not share content that is offensive, infringing, or misleading
10. Intellectual Property

- Text, images, graphics, logos
- Trail information and route designs
- Conservation methodologies
is owned by Breeze Hike or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
